Job Description
Your role will include but not limited to:
- Provide general administrative support
- Handle incoming calls
- Maintain company's records, files and databases
- Manage office supplies and equipment including ordering of stationaries, pantry supplies and scheduling of air-con & pest-control servicing
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails and correspondances
- Manage petty cash and process expense reports
- Work closely with internal departments for smooth workflow and communication
- Assist in areas of HR as and when require
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- O level and above
- Minimum 2 years of Admin working experience
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Possess positive working attitude with strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Good communication skills
- Competent in MS Office
- High level of integrity and able to handle confidential information
- Dedicated team player with ability to work under pressure and deliver results
- Ability to start work within short notice is a plus
