Job Description


Your role will include but not limited to:

  • Provide general administrative support
  • Handle incoming calls
  • Maintain company's records, files and databases
  • Manage office supplies and equipment including ordering of stationaries, pantry supplies and scheduling of air-con & pest-control servicing
  • Prepare and distribute memos, emails and correspondances
  • Manage petty cash and process expense reports
  • Work closely with internal departments for smooth workflow and communication
  • Assist in areas of HR as and when require
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned


Requirements

  • O level and above
  • Minimum 2 years of Admin working experience
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Possess positive working attitude with strong sense of responsibility and accountability
  • Good communication skills
  • Competent in MS Office
  • High level of integrity and able to handle confidential information
  • Dedicated team player with ability to work under pressure and deliver results
  • Ability to start work within short notice is a plus
