Ensure that the culinary team maintains quality and standard of cooking whilst complying to health and safety standard

Preparing ingredients and ensure sufficient supplies at cooking station

To maintain cleanliness, cleaning, neatness and ensuring that employees maintain their personal hygiene in the kitchen areas

Weekly cleaning of kitchen hood filtering board

Requirements要求:

Prior experience in Chinese cuisine will be an added advantage
