Senior HR Officer
- Manage HR system and operations related process, update and maintain employees data in HRIS
- File and maintain e personnel documents in an organized manner
- Coordinate employment cycle related activities
- Administer the leave module under HRIS, provide leave balance
- Submit work pass application, renewals
- Prepare required reports and data for payroll according to monthly updates and changes
- Ad hoc support for department projects and events
Requirements:
- At least Degree in HR
- 3 years of HR generalist experience with expatriate management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, ability to work well under pressure
