Job Description:
- Review and comprehend statements of work, drawings, and schematics to assess project duration and plan and manage resources effectively during the project period.
- Take responsibility for orchestrating all tasks related to achieving the project's timely, accurate, and budget-compliant completion.
- Develop and oversee the project schedule.
- Act as the central point for both internal and external project communication and documentation.
- Collaborate with the general contractor, construction manager, owner, and other trades as necessary to synchronize activities.
- Ensure effective communication with the customer, encompassing change orders, deliveries, project status updates, and more.
- Regularly furnish updates, reports, and supporting documentation to stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Review progress to confirm that the assigned projects adhere to the scheduled timeline and allocated budget.
- Manage resources, whether internal or external, efficiently.
- Engage in risk management and implement mitigation strategies.
- Attend on-site meetings and scheduled calls as required.
- Contribute to tender preparation for materials related to project delivery, occasionally participating in tender interviews.
- Oversee the turnover of the project to the service department at the project's conclusion.
Requirements:
- Added advantage for PMP/Prince2 certified professionals
- CTS certification is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management roles
- Experience in AV industry preferred
- Understand AV system functionality and installation processes and techniques
- Understand technical and construction documents
- Candidate should have experience working with corporate clients, including MNCs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior customer service skills to deal with both internal and external customers
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse groups
- Ability to demonstrate planning, organizing, and implementing skills leading to successful completion of a project by a specific due date
- Possess high integrity
- Must be able to effectively handle stressful situations
