Job Description
- Plan, formulate and promote overall compliance and development of all Company business;
- Assess risks and develop appropriate management plans to meet the long-term and short-term goals of the Company;
- Review business statistics and formulate appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results;
- Control costs and improve productivity;
- Maintain a deep knowledge and understanding of the markets and industry;
- Maintain positive work relationships/partnerships with the local team, the group companies and various stakeholders;
- Oversees employment decisions at the executive level of the company;
- Any other duties, as required by the business needs of the Company
Job Requirements
- At least 15 years relevant experience in logistics industry;
- At least 10 years relevant experience in company management position;
- Extensive knowledge of the industry trends;
- Strong ability to implement desired framework, policies and guidelines for the Company;
- High proficiency in Business level Japanese skill (both written and spoken) to negotiate with Japan Headquarter, group companies and shareholders;
- Team player and ability to maintain positive working relationship with internal and external parties;
- Excellent commincation skills;
- Execellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills;
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback;
- Time management skills
