TENANCY OFFICER

Responsibilities

  • Execution of tenancy/licence agreement for new tenancies/licences and renewals
  • Monitor tenancy/licence expiries and to effect the necessary renewals (where applicable)
  • Process tenancy transactions
  • Ensure legitimacy of tenants’ businesses by unit inspection. Ensure tenants follow the tenancy/licence agreement carrying out maintenance works required
  • To inspect vacant units and occupied units
  • Live and Ex- Arrears Management including visits to Tenants at their place of lodging
  • Conduct the proceedings for Writ of possession and Seizure and Sale
  • Prepare reports required by the Agency
  • Update tenancy portfolio
  • Prepare arrears/ex-arrears report
  • Assist tenants/licensees or any customer in the usage of the online platform for tenancy application processes or to attend to any relevant queries when required
  • Handle revenue collection and billing matters
  • Daily collection of payments from the tenants accompanied with daily reports and documents proving such collections
  • Collect GIRO application and inform tenants of approval
  • Handling of petty cash (if any)
  • Handling of GIRO collection
  • Handling of invoicing and billing reports
  • Respond to feedback, suggestions, and complaints received
  • Any other duties assigned

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office & Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently with very minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment.
  • Diploma in Engineering/Facilities Management or other relevant fields with
  • 2 years Tenancy experience
