· Clinics at Novena Hospital and Farrer Park Medical Centre
· 4 days work week (Mon, Thurs and Fri – 9am to 5pm, Tues – 1pm to 5pm)
· Permanent position with benefits and bonus
· Start in January 2024
Responsibilities:
· Assist in daily clinic operations
· Handle registration counter
· Booking of appointments for doctor
· Cover the other clinic assistant whenever it is necessary
Requirements:
· Prior Clinic Assistant working experience
· Able to converse in Mandarin as need to handle Chinese speaking patients
· IT savvy
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
