RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand the internal working mechanism of embedded virtual machine in Android malware
- Design and implement a deep learning-based malware detection system
- Evaluate the system with respect to core metrics such as effectiveness and efficiency
- Write scientific report about the work
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or closely related disciplines from an institution of higher learning
- Minimum 2 year of relevant research experience in cybersecurity or machine learning
- Proficiency in programming software/languages such as C and Python is required
- Deep understanding and know-how on Android or Linux
- Working knowledge of deep learning techniques• Good analytical, technical and problem solving skills
- Applicants with research publications in security area will be advantageous
- Self-motivated individual who can work independently and also collaboratively with team members
