To attend to the general welfare and well-being of our residents, providing companionship/ mentorship during duty hours:
- To ensure residents' well being and safety at all times
- To work closely with other staff of home to deliver the mission of the home
- To develop positive rapport and be a role model for the residents through active listening and regular communication engagements
- To ensure residents comply with home rules, complete assigned home duties and community service orders timely
- To ensure proper documentation and handover of information for the smooth running of the Home.
- Ensure the living environment of the youths is clean and safe.
- Any other duties assigned.
Requirement:
- Able to work as a team player with high level of initiative and independence
- Able to interact positively with youths.
- Able to work rotating shift (Day/Night) including weekends and public holidays
- Passionate about working with youth boys
