- POS system and handle on keying in daily sales and customer data entry effectively and smoothly with no assistance
- Do sales talk and provide good customer services experience to customers without receiving any customer complaint and receive positive customer feedback
- Ability to understand the product well and its used
- Able to perform hair services on customers with no mistakes made, customers are sastisfied with the results and do not have any damage to hair
- Able to work independently and make decisions e.g decide on customer's hair cut or hair style, lead their future new colleagues and listen promptly to customers requirements
- Schedule appointments promptly, providing services and ensure shop hygiene after serving each customers.
- Prevent overbooking and rejecting clients as it can cause those clients to leave the salon unhappy.
