Responsibilities
- Assist Product Manufacturing Engineer to define and create manufacturing procedures, build sequence, methods, and quality documentation i.e. Operation Method Sheet (OMS)/Work Instructions.
- Follow work instructions, Test procedures, Inspection/Test checklists and etc according to material and assembly specifications.
- Ability to support user queries with the right spirit and optimal resolution time.
- Ability to work with the team in need and contribute individually wherever required.
- Good learning ability to understand the existing application and propose new ideas.
- Manage project priorities and escalations.
- Achieve successful business outcome.
Essential Requirements (Skills Requirements)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Min 6+ years of experience.
- Minimum of 1year experience semi-conductors FAB (or) Semi-conductor’s equipment manufacturing company.
- Experience delivering projects using Agile Methodology.
- Experience working with external Vendors & outsourced projects.
- Experience in Design and Development of SEMI conductor Machine design.
- Experience in PLM Software and ECN/ECO release process.
- Experience in new development project Sheetmetal, Machine & Plastics compound design is an advantage.
- Hands-on experiences on semi-conductor tools like ALD.
- Knowledge of SEMI conductor materials.
- Knowledge of applicable standards like ASTM, ISO,SEMI etc.
- Proficient with Creo2.0, SAP.
- Good knowledge on Configuration management and PLM process.
- Good experience in technical coordination with customer and suppliers.
- Self-sufficient to manage the customer expectations.
- Good attitude to work in teams when required.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with Client product managers and Vendors to develop new design.
- Proven ability to work with people from different cultures.
