Job Description
- Handles enquiries or appointments promptly through phone, email or message
Assists with customers’ requests
Perform admin duties including data entry, filing and achieving, basic accounting, book-keeping, receipt management
Maintain proper filing and disposal of confidential documents
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Candidate must posses at least O’ Level graduate or similar education level.
At least 2 Years(s) of experience in car workshop administrations and/or in the related field in required for this position preferably.
Knowledgeable in insurance claim procedures will be preferable.
Required language(s): English & Mandarin for liaising with associates on general admin duties
Good interpersonal and communication skills
