Responsibilities:
- Lead construction workers and coordinate works to job completion
- Construction works including general labour
- Preparing surfaces by levelling off with plaster, sand or cement
- Working in clients’ homes or businesses.
- Following instructions of project managers and directors
- Purchase of materials and ferrying of workers where required
- Requirements:
- Must be a team player and gets along well with other co-workers.
- Being patient and precise
- Being thorough, with good attention to detail
- Have thinking and reasoning skills
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Willingness to work in non-climate controlled conditions (heat, cold, outdoors)
- Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment
- Willingness to do hard work
- Willingness to work overtime
- Min 4 Years of relevant working experiences
- Know how to do plastering, plumbing, electrical, hacking and renovation works
