Roles & Responsibilities
- Able to take duct measurements with close of 100% accuracy
- Able to read drawings and know what materials to buy to install the ducting system.
- Able to plan the project and lead/supervise Junior duct installer to work and meet deadlines.
- Able to do normal and Fire rated insulation based on regulation.
- Able to work under pressure and attend site including Sunday & Public Holiday when instructed.
- Able to do Ducting installation (over 5 years experience)
Requirement
- Min Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
- Min 5 years of relevant working experience as a Mechanical/Electrical Engineer or Project Manager at consulting firms
- Relevant experience in the planning, design and implementation of M&E services
- Possessing an entrepreneurial mind, showing flexibility, and being innovative and result-oriented
- Willingness to grow and lead the M&E business in a listed company as an entrepreneurial owner of the business in an environment similar to start-up
- Network within the sector to source new projects for the company
- Strong in people management, good writing, communication and presentation skills
