Supply Chain Analyst (Network Design)
As a crucial team member contributing to the expansion and delivery efforts of the Network Strategy team within the Supply Chain Development & Analytics department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Group's mid to long-term Supply Chain development plan.
Your responsibilities encompass driving Supply Chain Optimization projects, conducting comprehensive research and analyses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative supply chain solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Supply Chain Optimization projects, overseeing the development, planning, prioritization, and execution of supply chain strategies, network design work streams, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth research and analyses to understand business needs, collaborating with internal stakeholders to convert requirements into network design specifications.
- Analyze operational performance of distribution centers, enabling stakeholders to achieve KPIs such as service level, productivity, capacity utilization, and costs-to-serve.
- Effectively engage with cross-functional internal stakeholders, presenting data-driven insights to senior management, and recommending successful solutions.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain Business Insights team to develop data-driven models, visualizations, and analytics for supply chain challenges and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure efficient communication across functional teams by conveying trends, drivers, and takeaways in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end supply chain experience with network design and optimization.
- Proven exposure in managing supply chain or inventory optimization and/or performance management.
- Analytical experience with large data sets, including BI tools, Supply Chain Network Modeling, visualization, financial modeling, and relational data structures.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, etc., and hands-on experience with Cloud-based tools/technology is beneficial.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal and communication skills
