Responsibilities
- To be an in-charge of a new erection project in Singapore (Industrial building/ workers’ dormitory) with the scopes from design development to project management
- To develop designs for planning and building approvals, and ensure compliance with local regulations, guidelines, building codes and specific standards
- To oversee site progress, coordinate/ liaise with client, consultants, authorities and all stakeholders
Requirements
- Must possess a Degree in Architecture (preferably recognised by BOA, Sinagpore)
- Min 5 years of construction project management experience in local projects
- Well versed in local Authority’s regulations/ guidelines for submissions
- Competent in Autocad, BIM/Revit and Project Management software
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team as well as individually
