Responsibilities:
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, preparing, packing, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
- Measure, manage and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee's performance.
- Organize and maintain inventory, work and storage area.
- Ensure inventory transactions’ accuracy.
- Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
- Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
- Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems.
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
- Confer and coordinate activities with other department.
Requirements:
- GCE O Levels or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a warehouse
- Can do, passion and right first time attitude
- Results-driven, strong ability to drive performance standards within the team
- Ability to manage change processes and deliver results under stress
- Coaching and active listening skills
- Conflict resolution and problem solving skills
- Work independently without direct supervision
