A well-established food and beverage manufacturing company in SEA. The incumbent for this position requires to support the research and development of new products.
Basic $3,000 - $5,000 (depends on experience)

Job Scope
- Assist and lead product development from concept, trial to commercialization in line with overall strategic direction and objectives.
- Identify room for improvements on existing products, ingredients and processes.
- Manage and timely deliver assigned projects.
- Lead and conduct trial runs/commercial runs/trouble-shooting.
- Working closely with products leaders, project manager and specialists on planning, carrying out and following up on trials/tests in relation to innovation and renovation.
- Assist on planning and transformation of current documentation system into paperless system
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge on food regulations and compliance
- Degree in Food Science / Technology / Chemistry / Nutrition or equivalent
- Min. 2 years of experience in F&B industry, R&D
