Job Description:
· Site preparation and co-ordination.
· Preparation and submission of documents.
· Coordinate, liaise and manage various project stakeholders onsite to ensure that project requirements are being met.
· Prepare, create and plan detailed work schedules, manpower and resource.
· Have the ability to understand Engineering drawings and perform basic engineering calculations, designs and etc.
· Coordinate the safety management system onsite.
· Follow up with the project and report on the process of the project to higher management.
· Other ad-hoc task as assigned.
Requirements:
· Diploma or Degree in related field of studies with 5 years of relevant experience in local Construction Engineering Industry.
· Good knowledge of Singapore standards and code of practice.
· Good communications and interpersonal skills
· Able to work independently.
· Target oriented in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Director role.
