Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role.
- Familiarity with English education or tuition/enrichment center operations is a plus.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and office software.
- Ability to multitask and handle a busy reception area efficiently.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors in a welcoming manner.
- Handle phone calls and emails, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the reception area.
- Assist in administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle student registrations and inquiries.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

Working Hour:
5 days in a week:
- 4 Weekdays (10:30am - 7:30pm)
- 1 Weekend (9am - 6pm)
