As Customer Success Manager at Turnkey Group, you'll play an integral role in the impactful Customer Success team, accountable for delivering value to our customers:
- Customer Value Creation: Engaging with senior executives and frontline roles at client organisations to onboard them onto Turnkey Group's platform.
- Customer Management: Ensuring continuous customer satisfaction and increased value from the relationship, requiring strong business acumen, problem-solving abilities, and adept relationship-building skills.
- Internal Enablement: Collaborating with internal leaders and teams to enhance our product offerings for consistent growth.

The ideal candidate for this position at Turnkey Group should possess:
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, or business.
- 2-7 years of relevant post-bachelor's experience in project environments, engaging with customers and/or internal stakeholders.
- Experience in roles like Customer Success, consulting, or similar corporate positions involving daily operations and time-bound projects is preferred.
- A proven track record of collaborating across various functions and seniority levels.
- Proficiency in process methodologies and adept use of data.
- Familiarity with technology platforms like CRMs, or related niche technologies, coupled with an understanding of the SaaS business model.
- Ability to comprehend and evaluate customer needs across diverse business models.
- Eagerness for ongoing skill development and career advancement.
- Demonstrated interest/experience in sustainability and ESG initiatives or Sustainability consulting.
