Customer Success Manager Asia

As Customer Success Manager at Turnkey Group, you'll play an integral role in the impactful Customer Success team, accountable for delivering value to our customers:

  • Customer Value Creation: Engaging with senior executives and frontline roles at client organisations to onboard them onto Turnkey Group's platform.
  • Customer Management: Ensuring continuous customer satisfaction and increased value from the relationship, requiring strong business acumen, problem-solving abilities, and adept relationship-building skills.
  • Internal Enablement: Collaborating with internal leaders and teams to enhance our product offerings for consistent growth.
  • We're seeking individuals who excel as problem solvers, both as individual contributors and as leaders who foster others' development.

Key Competencies for Customer Experience Roles:

  • Knowledgeable of ESG and is savvy regarding international sustainability-related frameworks and regulations, and its application to companies or businesses preferably in the finance industry or any other specific industry sector.
  • Proactively identifying and pursuing value-creating opportunities for Turnkey Group's customers, internal operations, products, and team members.
  • Utilising structured thinking and targeting root causes to effectively plan and resolve issues.
  • Embracing value creation as the cornerstone for sustained customer partnerships and leveraging every opportunity to create value.
  • Setting and managing expectations for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring cohesive communication in written and verbal formats.
  • Collaborating efficiently within the team and meeting customer needs through a thorough understanding of processes, technology, and data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate for this position at Turnkey Group should possess:

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, or business.
  • 2-7 years of relevant post-bachelor's experience in project environments, engaging with customers and/or internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in roles like Customer Success, consulting, or similar corporate positions involving daily operations and time-bound projects is preferred.
  • A proven track record of collaborating across various functions and seniority levels.
  • Proficiency in process methodologies and adept use of data.
  • Familiarity with technology platforms like CRMs, or related niche technologies, coupled with an understanding of the SaaS business model.
  • Ability to comprehend and evaluate customer needs across diverse business models.
  • Eagerness for ongoing skill development and career advancement.
  • Demonstrated interest/experience in sustainability and ESG initiatives or Sustainability consulting.
  • Can start Jan 2024
