Responsibility:
- Manage performance appraisal and bonus review.
- To establish L&D policies and corporate training guidelines.
- Lead the development and execution of learning program strategies.
- Manage end-to-end learning initiatives, update policies, and support employee development and engagement.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in handling L&D
- Experience in manufacturing industry is a bonus
