Job Description
- To liaise with the customers and suppliers on the products issues and delivery schedules
- To create purchase order & shipping documents
- To update purchase and sale price
- To create sales & purchase report
- To facilitate audit of supplier factories as instructed by customers
- To provide interpretation between English, Japanese and Mandarin between customers and suppliers during meetings and audit sessions
- To coordinate and plan for the business trips of management coming from Japan on an adhoc basis
- To assist with accounting and any other back-office duties in a small office environment
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned by the Management
Job Requirement
- At least a Diploma
- JLPT level 2 and above to speak with and write to Japanese customers and parent company in Japan
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin is required to communicate with factories in China
- Basic Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
