We are seeking an experienced and skilled Engineering Manager with expertise in vibration diagnostics, ultrasound leakage detection, dynamic visual analysis, in-situ balancing & laser geometrical alignment, and a strong background in managing mechanical services and project implementation. As the Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our engineering team, ensuring the successful execution of projects, and driving continuous improvement in our mechanical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and technical staff to deliver high-quality mechanical services and projects on time and within budget.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project manager, IT and operations teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis for mechanical issues, equipment failures, and system malfunctions, implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Lead and supervise the execution of corrective maintenance activities, ensuring the timely resolution of identified issues to minimize downtime.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team, actively seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety by promoting and enforcing adherence to ISO45001, ISO9001, ESH Standards, and other relevant safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality management systems.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in vibration diagnostics, ultrasound leakage detection, dynamic visual analysis, balancing, and geometrical alignment.
- Demonstrated success in managing mechanical services and overseeing project implementation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse engineering team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Certified Vibration Analyst CAT II is a plus.
