HR Admin Assistant (12 months Contract, Renewable)
Venue: Bendemeer / Woodlands
Willing to travel to different sites
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm
Job:
- Deliver a range of People Services and Program from various People Organization function such as (but not limited to), interview co-ordination, onboarding of new hires, contract administration related activities, manage, track and generate reporting on government claims, etc
- Respond to Internal Customer Requests and Inquiries
- Manage and Maintain Personnel and Organizational Records
- Perform, Review, and Monitor Services and Programs Across the Employee Life-cycle
Candidate:
- Obtained a diploma. Bachelor degree;
- Fresh Graduate with Learning mind is welcome;
- Good writing and communication skills and the ability to communicate with team members and management at all levels in the company.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
