Position Title: Marketing Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day account management and execution of the affiliate programme
- Identify and recruit affiliates to scale our programme with a focus on content publishers and influencers
- Work closely with suppliers to align product and promotion opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agencies, top affiliates, and other partners by communicating business and brand priorities and updates, sharing the promotional calendar, and negotiating strong partnership terms
- Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly affiliate performance reports and adjust strategies to hit business goals and channel KPIs
Job Requirements:
- Passion for marketing. Some experience in affiliate marketing will be advantageous
- Strong content development and/or PR experience, with outstanding copy-writing skills in English
- Analytical thinker, able to convert data and insights into trends and forecasts
- Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Outstanding ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver results in a small team environment
