Inventory & Logistics Executive

Job Responsibility

  • Monitoring incoming goods
  • To do data entry on excel sheets
  • Picking, packing, testing and QC of goods in and out of store
  • Handling warehouse duties
  • Maintain adequate stock availability and quantity
  • Perform good housekeeping and maintain the back of house in a neat and orderly manner
  • Delivery of equipment / goods to specified location
  • Documentation and various administrative tasks
  • Receive and inspects and unpack all incoming shipments highlighting any discrepancies, damages and delay in shipment to Manager and all relevant parties.
  • Perform refurnish procedure on retrieve goods from the field

Requirement

  • Computer literate (good typing skills)
  • Good communication and relationship building skills
  • Technical experience is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Chinese (spoken) preferred
  • Energetic and self-motivated;
  • Result and deadline oriented/motivated
  • Dedicated team player
  • Positive work attitude
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
