3. Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and predictive analytics to forecast sales, optimize inventory, and enhance customer segmentation strategies.
4. Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations using data visualization tools to communicate findings and actionable insights to stakeholders.
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to provide data-driven recommendations and support strategic decision-making.
6. Conduct testing and analyse experiments to optimize website performance and user experience.
7. Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and data-driven initiatives to enhance the e-commerce platform's performance.
Qualifications:
1. Diploma in Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the e-commerce industry, handling and analysing data.
3. Experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (V-Lookup and Pivot Table) is a must.
4. Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of statistical methods, data mining, and machine learning techniques
5. Experience with e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and databases
6. Ability to generate actionable insights and present complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset in exploring and proposing innovative data-driven solutions
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment
9. Fresh graduates with good Excel skills are encouraged to apply.
