- Ability to engage with clients and understand their business needs.
- Provide consulting services to analyze client requirements and propose realistic solutions.
- Possess in-depth business knowledge to develop solutions that align with client requirements.
- Understand and address business challenges, ensuring the proposed solutions are practical and effective
- Ensure project control measures are in place to comply with business needs and project requirements.
- Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring that it aligns with established timelines and goals.
- Handle tickets and provide support as part of the support area.
- Respond to and resolve issues reported by clients, ensuring timely and effective support.
- Conduct thorough problem analysis to identify root causes of issues.
- Develop strategies to address and resolve problems efficiently.
- Implement solutions based on the analysis and requirements gathered.
- Provide ongoing support until deliverables meet acceptable standards.
- Support clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Gather and understand business requirements from clients to tailor solutions accordingly.
