- Verify daily sales record and bank in of sales proceeds
- Update cash book transaction
- Assist with monthly stock-take, month-end and year-end closing
- Check and process payments to suppliers, petty cash claims and reimbursements.
- Liaise with internal and external parties on invoices and payment
- Check and update inventory schedule
- Responsible for maintenance of photocopier and ordering of stationery
- Ensure proper recording of entries and maintain a good filing system
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Certificate in Accounting with at least 1-2 years of similar working experience in F&B/FMCG/Retail industry.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in MS Office and MYOB Accounting Software.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous with an eye for details to ensure high accuracy and able to work with tight deadline
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
