- Supervise and oversee schedules for electrical installation and maintenance works.
- Collaborate with local authorities, utilities, and service providers for permits and submissions related to the execution of works.
- Manage the Project Team to ensure on-site activities align with specifications, maintain quality, and adhere to safety plans.
- Coordinate materials/resources delivery to meet project requirements.
- Handle change requests, provide quotes, and implement changes in collaboration with the project team.
- Conduct site visits to survey installations, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
- Review project progress, presenting opportunities and risks to management and clients.
- Monitor monthly progress claims, interim payments, and project cash flow.
- Establish and monitor subcontractor performance, serving as the primary interface for customers and the project team on contractual matters.
- Min Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Atleast 3-5 years experience in relevant to above.
