Job Description
- Devise digital & social media strategies in paid, owned, earned media to raise brand awareness and drive traffic to website & shops.
- Engaging and setting up campaigns with celebrities, influencers and partners to create brand's exposure.
- Work extensively with cross-functional peers in major/ local markets, regions.
- Involved in the review of the current business environment / competitive environment, and identify key strategic priorities while working closely with the Management Team.
- To lead in the coordination of the Brand Strategy process by providing critical thinking, strategic planning and insights coordinating the work required.
- Work closely with management and the team to support the development of the brand’s Marketing Planning Process.
- To monitor market share development by region and strategic intent.
- Manage the flow of independent client creative requests independent media agency production and creative requests.
- To be involved in the internal and external interactions to coordinate meetings and activities.
- Develop and manage a quarterly & yearly plan for brand & campaign tracking to meet the organisation’s needs and ensure rigorous evaluation of brand and campaign performance.
- Proactively identify and highlight issues, threats and opportunities.
Requirements
- Ability to independently drive and take leadership of assigned projects
- Highly developed team organizational skills.
- Strong account management organization to leverage customer growth in addition to new business.
- Be a point of contact for all brands coming in to department including escalating for further approval where appropriate with other stakeholders.
