· Provide on-demand and on-site Fitness Training for client
· Assess new customers to understand their fitness goals
· Understand the challenges customers face in their day-to-day lives, in order to build a holistic individualized approach to their programmes
· Record and monitor fitness progression to ensure they are moving towards achieving their goals
· Work with my clients to encourage a healthier lifestyle by providing nutritional advice
· Receiving referrals from physio therapist to provide fitness training to people recovering from illness or injury
· Understand when customer need specialist support i.e. health screen, physiotherapy and specialist nutritional advice and refer through the company’s “circle of care” initiative
· Mentorship of other junior personal trainers
