The QM Executive is responsible for the preparation of CONQUAS/QM assessment, in compliance with the company’s quality standards.
A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and are not limited to the following:
- Plan and lead the QM Team in the execution of the CONQUAS/QM programme;
- Chair meetings with relevant subcontractors for CONQUAS/QM preparation works;
- In-charge of CONQUAS/QM inspections with BCA;
- Coordinate and work with project team to achieve better work quality and target CONQUAS/QM score;
- Prepare outstanding and defect list for subcontractors’ rectification;
- Prepare, monitor and report CONQUAS/QM progress, schedule and budget to Management;
- Monitor and verify the productivity of QM team, using the mobile application;
- Adhere to safety practices in the workplace.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or construction related field.
- At least 2 years of building experience.
- Experience in QA/QC would have an added advantage.
- Completed at least 1 QM project.
- Knowledge of quality requirement of BCA, industry norms and contract specifications
- Knowledge in Structural and Architectural works
