Working hours: Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain the Splunk infrastructure, which includes installing and configuring Splunk components, such as indexers, search heads, forwarders and clusters.
- Develop and deploy Splunk applications and dashboards, which are collections of reports, charts, tables, maps, and other visualizations that can display data from various sources and allow users to interact with the data.
- Use Splunk modules and APIs to integrate Splunk with other systems and applications, such as databases, web servers, cloud services, security tools and network devices.
- Use Splunk query language (SPL) to search, filter, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources and create custom reports and alerts based on the data.
- Use Splunk Enterprise Security (ES), which is a premium app for Splunk that provides security intelligence and analytics, to monitor and investigate security incidents and threats across the enterprise.
- Use Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI), which is another premium app for Splunk that provides end-to-end visibility and analytics for IT services and infrastructure, to measure and improve the performance and availability of IT services and systems.
- Troubleshoot and optimize the performance, scalability, reliability and security of the Splunk environment and applications.
Requirements:
- Must have requirement: Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect certification
- At least 1 year relevant working experience with Splunk technology
- Possess Splunk Core Certified User, Splunk Core Certified Power User, and Splunk Enterprise Certified Admin certifications
