Our client is a IT Industry. They are looking for a Sales Support Executive to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in Central – easily accessible.
Duties:
- Support in creating sales quotations and tracking their status.
- Update sales opportunities in cloud software for accurate reporting.
- Manage order processing, coordinating deliveries, and liaising with other departments.
- Communicate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely completion of sales orders.
- Provide excellent customer service, contribute to team targets, and handle general office administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in order processing
- Experience in MS Office is a bonus
