about the job
This role will be reporting directly to the Shared Service Manager based in Malaysia. You will be responsible to:
- Manage end to end employee life cycle including application for work pass and dependents for foreign employees.
- Manage and coordinate local HR service delivery to ensure risk, compliance, and operational excellence
- Provide input on HR policies, processes and programs to CoEs
- Support internship programs with university.
- Support local learning initiatives including conducting learning needs analysis, developing learning content, delivering training, and managing local logistics
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Human Resources
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software such as Workday
- Familiarity with HR processes and able to apply knowledge in MOM Employment Act policies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
