Head of Business Development

Irontec (singapore) Pte. Ltd.

Strategic Business Expansion:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to establish and grow our presence in the Singaporean market.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth.

Coordination with Thailand Leadership Team:

  • Collaborate closely with the Thailand leadership team to ensure alignment with overall company goals and strategies.
  • Regularly communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities to the leadership team in Thailand.

Market Analysis and Intelligence:

  • Conduct thorough market analysis, assess competitor activities, and stay informed about industry trends in Singapore.
  • Provide insights to the leadership team for informed decision-making.

Cross-Border Collaboration:

  • Work closely with counterparts in the Thailand office to share best practices, coordinate on projects, and foster a cohesive company culture.

Project Coordination and Implementation:

  • Take a lead role in coordinating projects with the Thailand office, ensuring seamless implementation and achievement of milestones.
  • Report back to the leadership team on project status, results, and areas for improvement.

Financial Management:

  • Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage budgets for business development projects.
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure responsible use of resources.

Management Oversight Responsibilities:

  • Provide higher-level oversight for business development initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and strategic vision.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between various teams involved in business expansion.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing business development team in Singapore.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma / Degree holder
  • Min. 3 years of Business Development experience in fitness equipment industry.
  • Proven result in previous employment.
