We are well establishing Construction Company. In line with our expansion plan, we invite suitable qualified individuals to fill the following position:-
PROJECT ENGINEER
Responsibilities
- Documentary works for tenders, progress reports, handling over documents and as built drawings.
- Monitoring progress throughout the construction process and comparing this with the project schedule of work
- Responding to customer complaints and comments.
- Troubleshooting actions for the problems in air-conditioning system.
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
- Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
- Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
- Independent & Motivation
- - Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
Requirements:
- Minimum relevant certificate in Mechanical Engineering
ยท At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduated is welcome
- Knowledge in MS project, Autocad
- Fluent in English & Chinese
- Out going and willing to work extra hour
- Possess positive working attitude
- Able to work independently
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast pace environment
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice preferred
- Able to start work immediately
