Overall in charge of the company's HR general day-to-day clerical and office administrative duties.
HR Responsibilities:
- Creation and drafting of employee Handbook, Employment Contracts
- Payroll processing, CPF Submission
- Leave management
- Medical reimbursement, Petty cash reimbursement
- IR8A Tax submission, IR21 clearance
- Staff Onboarding & Offboarding
- Recruitment process - job postings, schedule interviews
- Work pass related matters(Application, Renewal, Cancellation, Issuance and appointment with MOM where necessary)
- Work incident reporting
- Company & employee insurance matters
- Gov. related claims & grants(Childcare, NS, etc)
- Preparation of contracts and tools issuance to workers where necessary
- Maintain & update workers records and files
- Other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned by the management.
- Planning of staff welfare and D&D.
- Performance review with foreign workers
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Restock office supplies & pantry refreshments
- Procurement of Staff Equipments & Tools
- Manpower Forecast and Budgeting
- Manage company insurance records
- Manage list of vehicles in the company(Renewal of Road tax, COE, Insurance)
- Upkeep record of company maintenance(E.g. Mosquito fogging record, cleaning record)
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
- Monitoring of tenancy contracts
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor Degree in related field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office(Word,Excel), InfoTech HR System
- Able to work independently and multi-task efficiently
- Positive work attitude and display initiative to resolve problems independently
- Resourceful and Team player
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in related field
- Familiar of Singapore Employment Policies, Local and Singapore
