Key Responsibilities
Reports To: CEO, ASEAN

Based in Singapore, this role will report to CEO ASEAN and Regional CFO APAC, you will coordinate financial functions across the BU including planning and internal reporting, accounting, treasury and budgeting. You need to set up best practice finance function in more integrated operational structures, and implement globally standardized administration structure and processes in a cost-efficient way to achieve superior business results. You also need to execute TOM transformation processes and regional initiatives.

• Management of core financial functions: accounting, controlling, treasury, risk controlling, internal reporting
• Ensure local compliance with BU budgetary reporting requirements
• Ensure compliance with local financial reporting requirements
• Monitor and coordinate local budgeting and forecasting process
• Provide financial and business KPIS supporting growth strategy
• Optimizing processes and finding efficient, cost-effective solutions in line with global policies in the areas: contract ad-ministration, procurement, facility management
• Support reinsurance arrangement with fronting partners and monitor reinsurance financial flows
• Implement risk management controls in line with Allianz Trade risk management instructions
• Act as point of contact for general legal matters of the organization, coordinating local external counsel and regional inhouse legal department
• Ensure compliance with local financial reporting requirements
• Support Group projects as required



Job Requirements
• Knowledge of Credit Insurance market specificity
• Deep understanding of own market and regulatory environment
• Know-how of finance best practices
• Proven, in-depth know-how in one core finance area (accounting, actuarial, investment, etc)
• Analytical thinker
• Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to manage a Team
• Ability to interact within the Regional Team
