The Senior Project Director plays a crucial role in the successful execution of construction projects, overseeing all aspects of project management from planning and design to construction and project delivery.

The Project Director collaborates closely with clients, project managers, and various teams to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, on time, and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and closure of construction projects, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and budgetary requirements.

- Client Relationship: Foster strong client relationships and ensure their needs and expectations are met throughout the project.

- Team Leadership: Provide direction and mentorship to project managers and project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

- Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance, implementing effective cost control measures.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project success and minimizing liabilities.

- Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control and assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of construction and craftsmanship.



Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Project Director or in a similar role in the construction industry, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.

- In-depth knowledge of construction project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.

- Ability to work with a tight schedule in a fast-paced environment.
