ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / RECEPTIONIST

Responsibilities

  • Handling of calls / feedbacks / complaints/ maintenance hotline/ receive payment
  • Serve as a call centre to activate any of the contractor staff , term contractors for the Property and any other personnel when necessary
  • Provides administrative support to the team at the Property
  • Reception duties including answering queries at the Management Office and answering of telephone calls
  • Attend to walk-ins at the Management Office
  • Preparation and consolidation of reports, invoices and maintaining proper documentation and filling
  • Reception duties including answering queries at the Management Office and answering of telephone calls
  • All necessary filing and administrative work
  • Updating of computerised maintenance management system
  • Ad-hoc duties/tasks assigned.

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office & Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently with very minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment.
  • Minimum GCE N Level with a pass or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience as clerical support staff.
  • Able to speak in both English and Chinese language.
  • Location: West
