Responsibilities
- Handling of calls / feedbacks / complaints/ maintenance hotline/ receive payment
- Serve as a call centre to activate any of the contractor staff , term contractors for the Property and any other personnel when necessary
- Provides administrative support to the team at the Property
- Reception duties including answering queries at the Management Office and answering of telephone calls
- Attend to walk-ins at the Management Office
- Preparation and consolidation of reports, invoices and maintaining proper documentation and filling

- All necessary filing and administrative work
- Updating of computerised maintenance management system
- Ad-hoc duties/tasks assigned.
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office & Outlook.
- Ability to work independently with very minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
- Minimum GCE N Level with a pass or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience as clerical support staff.
- Able to speak in both English and Chinese language.
