A senior research fellow position is available immediately at the Division of Cellular and Molecular Research, National Cancer Centre Singapore, to investigate the molecular mechanisms of cancer and associated neurodegenerative diseases (such as ALS). The successful candidate will:
- have a good understanding of and experience in undertaking experiments in neurodegeneration diseases or cancers;
- have demonstrated the ability to design and carry out experiments to address the effects of genetic mutations;
- have a good publication record;
- conduct research work independently;
- package experimental data for manuscripts/grant proposals;
- train graduate students and technicians.
Requirements:
The successful candidate should have a Ph.D, or Ph.D.-M.D. degree and extensive postdoctoral training in biochemistry and neurobiology/cancer biology, as well as mouse genetics. For further inquiry or application, please e-mail to:
