The Talent
- Minimally possesses 2 years of experience in general office practices.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to operate office equipment like copiers, calculators, etc.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, calendar management.
- Possess problem solving skills and be able to multi task.
- Able to multi-task and complete assign task within timeline
The Job
- Manage the reception by attending incoming phone calls and walk-in visitors/ delivers
- Manage Meeting Rooms Calendar Management / Bookings
- Collection of mails, mailing outgoing mails and arranging for courier services
- Update of telephone directory
- Ensure smooth operation of office facilities and equipment including office supplies and orders (groceries, stationaries, name cards, etc.)
- Take charge of office and pantry cleanliness and cleaning services management
- Manage office equipment
- Handle travel arrangement like flight, hotel booking and visa application if requires
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
