Job Description
- Project implementation of Hybrid IT Infrastructure Solutions for our customers that include but not limited to Servers, Storage, Backup, Networking and Virtualization, AI-ML / HPC stacks.
- Creation of project documentation such as Statement of Work, Build Document, UAT Test & etc.
- Performing data migration and upgrades across heterogeneous storage systems, SAN fabrics and range of complementary products.
- Lead projects or work with Project Managers and customers to manage project deliverables and timelines.
- Conducts / leads POC workshop to meet customer, business and technical objectives.
- Work closely with vendors to address, track, execute and ensure proper closure of technical support cases.
- To stay abreast of new rapidly changing technologies and new product releases by regularly participating in technology training & certifications.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in IT or equivalent with minimum 2 years of relevant infrastructure experience.
- Good knowledge / working experience in
I. Windows Server & Linux Server OS Installation / Deployment
II. Storage deployment like NetApp / HPE/ Dell Storage
III. Backup Solutions like NetBackup or Veeam
IV. Networking & Virtualization solutions like VMware
- Good experience in implementing, administrating storage system and configuring data replication / storage migration.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skillset.
- Self-motivated and fast learner, dynamic, proactive & customer-oriented attitude
- Excellent verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills are needed.
- Only Singaporean need apply.
