Responsibilities
Process E-commerce order and inventory updating
- Orders processing in various e-commerce in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle all customers’ enquiries received
- Familiar with Shopee and Lazada platform
- Regularly update and ensure adequate inventory levels
Set up and manage website and e-commerce sales/promotion.
- Manage and assist in the product content, images, promotion mechanics, and pricing update/ upload on the eCommerce Channels and website
- Overall manage/edit product descriptions and pictures for online platforms
- Promote and manage online sales and presence.
Provide Social Media support campaign.
- Manage the Group’s digital marketing front: Facebook, Instagram, Google (Analytics and Ads) - includes content creation and analysis of each campaign’s data
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management
Requirement
-Min 3 years' experience in related field
-Strong hands-on experience with eCom Marketplace Channel
-Attention to details and good follow-up capabilities
-Good communications and interpersonal skills
-Good Initiative and team player
