Psychosocial Support Executive (Part-Time)

JOB PURPOSE

To serve as a Psychosocial Support trainer under the Centre for Psychosocial Support, Singapore Red Cross Academy.

JOB SCOPE

A. Training & Development

1. Deliver mental health and psychosocial support related training under the Centre for Psychosocial Support.
2. Develop mental health and psychosocial support related content and teaching aid for training.

B. Training Admin & Advocacy

1. Administration duties related to training, as required
2. Facilitate events and advocacy efforts as a representative of the Centre.

C. Others

1. Support the Centre with its Outreach and Business Development efforts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

A. Qualifications:

1. Possess a recognised qualifications in mental health, psychosocial support or equivalent fields, including coaching, Mindfulness or related counselling methodologies.

B. Experience:

1. At least 1 year of relevant training experience in mental health or psychosocial support field.
2. Applicants with prior business development experience and volunteering experience with Singapore Red Cross will have an added advantage.

C. Additional skills and knowledge:

1. Strong command of English.
2. Excellent public speaking skills.
3. Strong knowledge of training methodologies.

1. Is self-motivated, resourceful and personable.
2. Must be organised and able to work with minimal supervision
3. Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well to people at all levels.
