Our content marketing team is growing and we are looking for a creative and dynamic Senior/ Content Marketing Manager to drive Elevandi’s content marketing strategy and execution. In this role, you will lead and contribute to the creation and curation of thought leadership content, as well as distilling insights from our global dialogue platforms across our owned channels.

As a pivotal player in our growing marketing team, you'll play an integral role in the conceptualisation, creation, and execution of Elevandi's insights and knowledge hub. This isn't just any content project - it's an initiative designed to enrich the global FinTech knowledge base, fuel innovation, and spark groundbreaking ideas.

Job description:

- Content Strategy and Execution: Lead the creation, execution, and optimisation of a comprehensive, innovative content marketing strategy for Elevandi and our suite of products and platforms.

- Thought Leadership and Content Curation: Generate and curate captivating thought-leadership content from our global dialogue sessions, insights and reports. You will be tasked with repurposing this valuable content into engaging, digestible pieces tailored for various platforms, including our website, social media channels, email campaigns, and newsletters.

- Insights and Knowledge Hub Development: Play a key role in the conceptualisation, creation, and execution of Elevandi's insights and knowledge hub.

- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Conduct regular performance analysis of all content marketing initiatives, utilising data-driven insights to continuously refine strategy, increase reach, and maximise ROI. Report on content performance metrics, identifying successes, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

- Managing and mentoring a team: As Elevandi embarks on a content-led corporate approach, our content marketing team will grow, as a senior member of the team, you will be managing and mentoring a young team of content creators.

Our Ideal Candidate:

- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, journalism, or video production. Preference will be given to those with a background in Financial Services or FinTech.

- An ability to create and curate compelling thought-leadership content with a knack for transforming insights and sessions into engaging, easy-to-digest content for different platforms.

- Adeptness in analytics measurement, able to effectively gauge the impact of content across various channels, optimise strategies based on data-driven insights, and present key results to the business team.

- Email Marketing and automation platforms expertise with experience in email marketing or hands-on knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce or other related software.

- Exceptional writing and copy-editing skills across multiple formats

- Experience in video production, with the ability to conceptualise and oversee the creation of compelling visual content. Must have a keen eye for visuals and be adept at managing a video agency / video editor.

- An innovative and strategic thinker who can think outside the box, generate fresh ideas, and devise creative content strategies communicate our value and resonate with our global audience.

- A strong project manager with proven experience in conceptualising, creating, and executing content projects and coordinating across cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- A collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

- An interest and understanding of the FinTech and Financial Services industry and the digital economy, its trends and key players is preferred, but not a prerequisite.
