Our client is a global provider of insurance products and the largest publicly traded property and casualty company in the world. They are hiring for a Assistant Regional Accountant to support the regional finance manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support & assist in Capital Planning & Forecasts preparation
- Support & assist in Transfer Pricing documentation for the region
- Assist in balance sheet accounts reconciliation reviews
- Assist in the weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting and commentary for submission to Group Entity
- Assist the year-end financial audits & financial statements consolidated between Regional Office and branch (shared service unit)
- Assist in intercompany debit notes issuance and reconciliation
- Assist in accounting and management of Regional Office and other related entities
- Support process improvement initiatives and support controllership team on finance projects
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proactive individual focused on process improvements
- Strong relationship building, presentation and interfacing skills
- Strong orientation to teamwork and partnering
- Excellent excel skills
- Should have good communication skills
